Worst experience, not recommended at all. They called us liars after seeing a bug in the bathtub. Quality control should review the details of the hotel's amenities and condition. I booked a 4-night stay through Booking.com with my sister. The hotel looked okay in the photos and reviews. When we arrived, we couldn't sleep because of the noise at night. We could hear the cars and motorcycles from the street—even though it's a pedestrian street. We could hear the beds moving from the early hours (paper-thin walls), doors opening and closing, we couldn't get any rest... we complained about the noise when we woke up the first night. That night, exhausted, we had to find somewhere else to sleep because we weren't going to risk not sleeping at all—December 24th. The third night we had to sleep there because there was no room anywhere else. What did we find? A bug came out of the bathroom while my sister was taking a bath—literally, a cockroach. I told my sister we were leaving the hotel and finding another one; we weren't going to sleep there. We were so scared we practically flew out of there. Obviously, we didn't take any pictures of what happened. We were so angry and upset. When we went down to reception and told them about the incident and that we were going to find another hotel, they said that given the inconvenience, they would refund our stay. We went to another hotel, thinking that the refund would cover the cost of the night. We still had two nights left in Granada. My sister didn't trust them and made me go back the next day to ask for something in writing to guarantee the refund, but at reception they told me again not to worry, that we would get our money back and that we didn't need to sign anything. To my surprise, they only refunded us for one night out of four. I don't understand anything. I called to complain, and the hotel manager himself answered the phone and said yes, that was correct, that's what they had told us. He said that when they say "stay," they mean one night. Hello????? Then I asked for a complaint form and they told me they didn't have any. I explained everything again and they told me there weren't any bugs in their hotel. I must have made that up. SURE. I checked the hotel photos online again, and yes, the reviews look great. I don't understand anything. The best part is that I can't even file a complaint at the hotel because they don't have complaint forms. I'm still waiting for a refund, as they promised. The stay is NOT just one night.

Little explanation was given about the parking, which was difficult to find, and little help was offered. The hotel itself isn't bad, but the reception staff's explanation regarding parking was minimal to nonexistent. It took 40 minutes to find a parking spot.
