This place is horrible. It's a no no. Don't ever go there. The rooms are so dirty and smelling dump. The linen and towels are dirty. No bar fridge, no wi fi, no dstv. The facility is not properly maintained. The breakfast is horrible. The guy who makes eggs and omelets is unclean and struggled to get glasses and cutlery. The bar area is dirty and there chicken bones on the floor. There's no value for money. What you see on the photos is not what you get when you get there. Imagine no TV no dstv for the entire stay. The rooms are like horse stables. I wanted to cancel on my arrival and then put me in a different room the following day but still there is no value for money. When you get inside that room it is like you are walking into the oven yet the aircon is on. THE FURNITURE IS OLD. THE COFFEE TABLE WAS FALLING APART. ROOM 304. What a bad place to stay. There reception is unhelpful and unfriendly. Every guest during my stay was complaining about every thing. No telephones in the rooms. What happens if you have an emergency. I warn you guys stay away from this place. It's a BIG NO NO NO NO. DONT SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU. I'M STILL TRAUMATIZED

We checked in last Thursday and experienced a small issue with our room, which was quickly resolved after speaking to Mr Shaun. He assisted us in no time and was extremely friendly and professional, which made us feel comfortable right away. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and always willing to help. A special mention to the chef, who knew our order well and prepared delicious, tasty meals that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and felt well taken care of. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to others. From room 313
