My husband and I rented it for an hour but when we went down to return it, there was an employee sitting on the stairs listening to see what we were doing inside. It was indescribable. Never came back.

I have rented a room here several times. Today I was confused by the way it operates. I went on a weekday at 10pm to rent a room for the night. The receptionist said there was a 250k room that could stay until 12am, a 200k room that could stay until 7am??? Is the hotel forcing guests to choose a 250k room, while a few days ago I had 200k and could still stay for 12am. Not only that, I rented a 250k room, when I checked in, the pillows and bed sheets were dirty, so I asked the receptionist to change the room or replace it with a new one. It was ok to change me to a new room, but instead of changing me to a room with the same price of 250k that I paid, they changed me to a 200k room. The fan has no adjustment knob, the cabinet is in one corner, the air conditioner has been on for nearly 2 hours and is still not cold, the room is noisy, I can hear the sound of the pump and the water draining????
