Amazing staff, amazing people, couldn’t ask for better service and if you inform them of any issue, they are fast to resolve. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because of the food. I know the resort tries its best with everything but food has room for improvement. Everything else was perfect. Will be back

Our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island was absolutely unforgettable. The island is stunning, with crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and beautifully maintained surroundings that truly feel like paradise. A special mention goes to Sandra, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made a big difference in our overall experience. The food was delicious, the facilities were excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
