The food was ☆☆☆☆☆! The building has been partially renovated, but it still feels quite dated. However, it's not the typical shabby Showa-era Japanese feel; instead, it has a unique, nostalgic Japanese-Western fusion vibe that's not bad. The room is old, the toilet is unusually small, and the yukata obi is short—there are many negative aspects, but the air conditioning is new and odorless, the toilet is new, and there's a tablet provided—so it's perfectly fine for a stay. We were on the third floor overlooking the foot of the mountain, so the view was pretty good. The bath is in a detached building, so you have to cross the road, and it's only open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, which is a bit of a downside. There are only about eight washing areas, and both the indoor and outdoor baths are small, so it might not be as great when it's crowded, but when it's not crowded, you can enjoy the jet bath, outdoor bath, and sauna. The view from the outdoor bath is average. The faucets are new, and the shower pressure is good. Meals are served at tables in a retro Showa-era Western-style dining room. Dinner is nothing spectacular, with hot pot and sashimi, but all the dishes are delicious. Breakfast may look ordinary at first glance, but everything is delicious, and the heated dried fish is delicious and goes well with rice. The small cafe/bar also has a strangely nice atmosphere, which matches the atmosphere of the inn. They had drinks like Yamazaki 12 Year Old, but it was extremely expensive. While there are some shortcomings, the food was really delicious and I was very impressed. This is a great inn.

I was so impressed with the hotel's excellent service. First of all, the phone service was amazing, and they listened to my personal requests and made suggestions, which was really helpful. I also felt at ease when I checked in, as they guided me carefully. The night view from the hotel was truly spectacular, just as the name suggests. It was so sparkling and beautiful! I didn't have a meal, but next time I go, I'll definitely book two meals! The room was stylish and comfortable. I'm glad I was able to relax. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

This hotel is located on the heights of Mount Tsukuba. I was impressed by the sunset and the view of Mount Fuji from my room. The hot spring is open to day visitors, so it was quite crowded, but first thing in the morning we had it all to ourselves, which was great. Dinner was delicious, featuring dishes made with local ingredients. The vegetables in particular were sweet and tasty. I was also able to enjoy Tsukuba's local sake, which was great.
