Sailing Center

We stayed at the Hotel Sailing Center last week and felt completely at home. I don't think I've ever experienced such friendly service staff as there. From the friendly gentleman who maintains the outdoor area every day, which is truly beautiful by day and beautifully lit at night, to the breakfast staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. If you had any questions, they tried to help immediately. Even with restaurant questions (unfortunately, they don't offer half-board), you could get information and tips at the reception. There was reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and also outside. The electric car charging station also worked perfectly. However, we could only charge overnight with 220 volts. Nevertheless, the car was full the next morning, and at about 70 cents per kWh, it was quite affordable. The location is particularly noteworthy. The hotel is located just under 3 km north of Malcesine, directly on the lake. Our morning view of the lake and the pool at breakfast was a real highlight. Limone is directly on the other side of the lake. The pool and sun loungers were particularly clean and well-maintained. There's also direct, shallow access to the lake for swimming. All in all, it was a wonderful hotel for us. Except for a few steps in the outdoor area, it's also almost wheelchair-accessible if you indicate that you want one of the ground-floor rooms. The only criticism, if you really want to find something negative, was that the breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Of course, it had everything you'd expect from a Central European breakfast, but we would have appreciated a few more regional products and a fresh fruit plate. But that's nitpicking at a high level 😉. Arrivederci a tutti. 🤗 I hope to see you again next year. It was truly wonderful with you 🙋🏼‍♀️

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda!

Stunning location overlooking the lake. Everything is very well-kept and clean. The garden is meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is informal, with extremely kind and attentive staff. The clientele is predominantly Nordic, polite, and not rowdy. There's a passion for sailing and water sports in the air. Perfect for surfers, but also for those seeking a peaceful oasis. Wood and stone are used extensively; this isn't your typical concrete-and-glass hotel. Open spaces are perfect for breakfast and lunch, while being enchanted by the beauty of the lake. Rooms nestled among the green olive trees are very clean and equipped with everything you need. A top rating!
