Sakura Hotel

I couldn't get a room at the Azumaya, so I stayed here for the first time, for about five days. First of all, the public bath is garbage. I don't recommend it for people searching for a hotel with a public bath. Locals, not just hotel guests, use it, and bathing etiquette is nonexistent. People jumped straight into the bath from the sauna, without showering or washing themselves, making it extremely unsanitary. Towels were scattered around outside the bath, making it a zoo-like place I only used on the first day. The rest area next to the public bath has manga, which is nice, but smoking is allowed there and it smells terrible. I thought it would be convenient not to have to bring towels from my room! But it was moldy and smelled of cigarettes, lol. The front desk, where I went, also allowed smoking and smelled of cigarettes. So retro! Breakfast is menu-based, and the quality is slightly lower than at the Azumaya, but it might be good for someone on a diet, lol. I've written a lot of negative things, but the room was great! The bathtub with its own shower was particularly impressive, especially since I've lived abroad for so long, and that alone earned it a five-star rating. The hot water comes out freely and fills up quickly, making it very comfortable, and the shower water pressure is better than the large public bath. It's also nice that it's close to Linh Lang and the local market. The staff service was also good and check-in was completed in just 10 seconds, which was great. In conclusion, I think I like it better than the gazebo lol

A business hotel in Hanoi🏨 The receptionist is Vietnamese, but they speak Japanese.😊 Smoking is permitted on the sofa to the right as you enter. Also, e-cigarettes are allowed, even though they're prohibited.🈲 Smoking is prohibited on the left. There are nine floors of guest rooms, and I think there are only six rooms on each floor. The room is large enough for one person.😊 I was able to work on my computer properly. The toilet has a built-in washlet, so I could flush the toilet paper. The shower in the bathroom had ample water pressure, which was satisfactory. All amenities were provided, which was very convenient.😊 Breakfast is served on the 10th floor from 6 a.m....with eight options to choose from. Since it's Vietnam🇻🇳, I ended up ordering pho.😊 It's delicious. Everything you need is provided, so you can stay here with peace of mind. There are also restaurants about a 15-minute walk from the hotel that are safe for Japanese people, and the security is also good.😊

My family had the opportunity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, initially planning to stay overnight on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Late at night, when the children started to sleep, the manager and staff unexpectedly enthusiastically invited the whole family to the lobby to rest, even letting them stay overnight to wait for the parade to pass, completely free of charge. In addition, the hotel also happily supported essential needs such as using the restroom, giving away free drinks and snacks to everyone. The hotel space is cozy, the location is close to the center, very convenient. It was truly a hospitable and valuable experience! Thank you, the owner, the manager and the staff. 💕💕💕
