SAKURA TERRACE THE GALLERY is close to Kyoto Station, AEON Mall Kyoto, Kyoto Avanti, and convenience stores, so it has a great location and accessibility, and the rooms were a good size, so I was able to stay comfortably. However, I was disappointed to find hair, dust, square sponge-like pieces, and what appeared to be feces scattered outside the guest room toilet in the bathroom and entrance area, and unbelievably, even outside the floor. This made me feel nauseous and I ended up vomiting outside. Also, something that had been bothering me throughout my stay was, is it true that SAKURA TERRACE THE GALLERY is staffed only by people of Indian descent? Also, why are there so few young Japanese employees? Why is that? While I was staying at the hotel and working, I happened to hear them suddenly yelling at an employee who also works at SAKURA TERRACE THE GALLERY, losing his temper, casually belittling him, and forcefully chasing him away. 🤪!! I was shocked! 😮 I just can't help but feel sorry for the employees who work so diligently and silently at the hotel every day. 😢 And I feel so sorry for the hotel. 😢
