Excellent attention, very good service

The rooms smell of dampness, the hotel looks old, plus one of the people at the bar was high, and in the restaurant one waiter in particular had a very bad attitude

I've seen older comments mentioning the hotel's maintenance needs, the staff's behavior, and the quality of the food and drinks. I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately found that everything remains the same. Responding to comments about regretting the poor treatment and bad experiences of guests with the phrase "It helps us improve" is pointless if, ultimately, nothing changes. My experience at this hotel left much to be desired; for example, The walls of the rooms visibly showed signs of dampness, and the air conditioning couldn't be properly ventilated because it wasn't working. The shower was constantly running, and the noise was incredibly annoying, even when trying to sleep. And then there was the bathroom, which was always wet. The doors, both the main door and the bathroom door, didn't close properly, and the locks didn't work. The windows and the balcony door were extremely difficult to open and close. Add to that the annoying noise from the construction... It's disappointing how the reception staff showed no empathy and simply excused themselves by saying it was an all-inclusive plan and they couldn't do anything about the problems. But regardless of whether it's an all-inclusive plan or not, you're paying for a complete service that isn't being provided as it should be. On the contrary, they try to charge you more than you should for every little detail, as if what they're offering is top-notch. They should be more understanding of the details and problems we customers experience in order to provide positive reviews in the future. In my case, I would never return to this hotel. I prefer to pay more and find better quality than to struggle and have my problems ignored! By the way, regarding the drinks, yes... they are very watered down, both the beers and the sodas. Plus, sometimes they serve you something you didn't order just to use up the leftovers in the bottles by mixing your drink. The food wasn't bad, in my opinion, it was tasty, but not all the dishes were great. At the moment, I don't recommend this hotel at all, unfortunately, based on my experience, especially since they only promise to improve without any concrete results.
