Perfect for all your Cusco plans. They pack breakfast for tours that pick you up at 4 am, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

Positive aspects: The hotel reception staff was very friendly and attentive from the start, which made for a great first impression. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable, equipped with sheets and blankets suitable for the cold weather, and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The included breakfast was delicious and varied, allowing us to start the morning off right. The service and attention of the staff were particularly noteworthy: when the remote control had no signal or battery, they came immediately to fix it and even provided us with another remote. They also allow guests to bring their own food and let us heat it up in the hotel kitchen, demonstrating flexible and very guest-oriented service. Overall, it's a pleasant, welcoming environment, very suitable for families. Aspects for improvement: The shower head is a bit low for my height (1.71 m), which can be uncomfortable. The bathtub floor has several uneven surfaces which, although inherent to the structure, could pose a risk of falls. Also, the floor in room 267 creaked when walking. Another area for improvement is the cleanliness and tidiness of the room towards the end of our stay. It was adequate during the first few days, but in the last few days, upon returning from afternoon tours, we noticed a somewhat lacking morning cleaning, with clothes lying on the floor and used glasses that hadn't been removed. Overall: The hotel experience was mostly positive thanks to the excellent service from the staff, the comfortable room, and the pleasant family atmosphere. While there are a few minor details that could be improved, these don't detract from the overall positive experience and, if addressed, would make the service even more complete and satisfying.
