I came to this hotel to drop off an order and was treated very badly by the receptionist. She spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way simply because I didn’t know where to leave the order. It felt like if you are not a hotel guest, you don’t deserve to be treated well. Respect and basic manners should apply to everyone, not only paying customers.
