We usually stay at Hilton properties, but this time we decided to try this resort based on reviews. Big mistake. This resort is very outdated. The hallways and bathrooms smell, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Customer service at the restaurant was poor, and when we raised an issue with the waiter, no one wanted to resolve it. We also had simple Wi-Fi issues that they couldn’t solve, which was very frustrating. We’ve only stayed one night, and with three more nights to go, I’m already regretting this booking. I do not recommend this resort at all. Please save your money and stay elsewhere.

Great place. Covewood is a restaurant with an amazing view of the bay. Breathtaking! Don’t order the shrimp tacos. I’ve never had such chewy deep fried shrimp before. Luckily I was not charged for it. Other meals looked good.
