I wouldn't return to this hotel. The room was run-down, smelled musty, had dirty walls, and old furniture. The photos on the website don't reflect reality. The reception staff was unhelpful when problems arose during my stay. A negative experience overall; there are much better options nearby.

A very unsatisfactory stay. The hotel is in dire need of renovation: the rooms are dark, damp, and poorly cleaned. It's nothing like the photos. Customer service was disappointing. When a problem arose during our stay, there was no involvement or genuine willingness to help. It was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend it.

I wouldn't stay there again. The overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired: poorly maintained rooms, a sense of uncleanliness, and a clear discrepancy between reality and what's shown in the photos. Furthermore, customer service is severely lacking. When a problem arises, it's not handled properly, nor is a clear solution offered. There are much better options in the area.
