The hotel is very good value for money, the location is good, they're currently renovating, the staff are generally friendly and the service is good. I'm not giving it the highest rating because the hotel management hasn't been up to par. We had an incident that I'm sure has happened to someone else, but we've never had this problem in any other hotel we've stayed in. We arrived Friday morning, everything was fine. On Saturday, we went down to the hotel next door for breakfast early (since they're renovating). It was our mistake to leave our belongings in the room (wallet, phone, etc.). When we went back up to the room, we saw the door was ajar. At first glance, nothing seemed missing. We reported it to the hotel, and they told us it was a problem with the lock and that they would fix it. So far, so good. Imagine our surprise when we took out our wallet to pay for some purchases and all the cash was gone. My ID, credit cards... all that was missing was the cash. We reported it to the hotel, and they told us not to worry, that they would check the security cameras and that management wouldn't be back until Monday. We agreed, as we were leaving on Sunday. To our surprise, they confirmed that there had been a break-in at the front door while we were having breakfast, but that they couldn't do anything. In a rather rude manner, the only option they offered was to file a police report. I just want to tell the hotel management, it's a shame that one of their employees took what they shouldn't have. They already know who it was because of the security cameras. I'm not going to get my money back, but in my opinion, management should take appropriate measures and not damage the reputation of their customers. By the way, the man at reception said several times that the cleaning staff weren't there at that time. It's true, they weren't there. We know who it was, but we can't prove it. I'm just saying that it will end badly for them, because they'll do it again and get caught.

Quite average hotel. We booked a suite for 3 people, the single bed that appeared in the photo was a very bad bunk. The cleanliness was non-existent! We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and the sheets were never changed! They didn't vacuum once as is understood and they didn't mop. All they did was make the beds. Dust was everywhere and there were hairs all over the floor as well as in the hallway outside the rooms. The coffees that the hotel provides you in the room, even though it is not listed on the price list, are charged as normal. I went to use a capsule at one point and saw that it had expired several months ago! The hotel is undergoing renovations and in the morning even though we were on the 4th floor, if you are a light sleeper like us, you will wake up to the noise of the work. The only positive thing was the staff who were kind and welcoming, and the fact that they had a "storage" for our luggage after check-out. Overall I don't recommend it and I wouldn't go back.

The hotel's location is great, close to the train/metro station and several restaurants and shops. The street is busy but safe to walk around. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious (giant jar of Nutella and a pancake machine!!!). The Wi-Fi worked without problems. The room was impeccably clean. The room was very quiet. Luggage storage was available after check-out.
