Sani Hotel

A less than impressive hotel check-in experience. Checked in at 2:30 am, the room looked like an empty room that hadn't been occupied for a long time, the floor and table under the TV were dusty and hadn't been cleaned but were being sold to customers! 👎 Then I complained to the Front Office to change rooms but they weren't available, only a re-cleaning service was provided! There were also spots on the pillowcase 🤮. There was also WIFI on every floor but it couldn't be accessed / NO INTERNET ACCESS!

It's very good and convenient..I stay for 3 days 2 night..easy to go to HKL as my husband need treatment there.. room good,toilet good, parking also good,my husband on wheelchair,got staff to help me push my husband to our room .tq very much.. I will book here again if my husband got follow up at HKL.

I stayed here for 6D5N for working purposes at nearby area. During registration i was greeted by hotel guard looking after the parking and street. Despite of his tall, serious looking with fitbody appearance, he turns our to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby interior look a bit old and dated, but i have to admit it was very clean, fresh and satisfactory. The room is clean and complete with all amenities. The bed and bedsheets are also comfy with one extra pillow. The only issue i must address is the bathroom. Although its clean, but i think the cleaner and management should pay more attention to scrub the wall and floor to make it more pleasant. Along my stay here, the housekeeping did make up my room everyday and change my towel every 2 days which I really appreciate. In term of food, the package includes the breakfast. Don't expect luxury breakfast buffet here. They only serve nasi lemak, additional bihun or koewtiau goreng and noodle soup with condiments on daily basis. A part from that, some cereals with milk, bread, fruit and juices. For me although it consider basic and simple breakfast, it serve the purpose and i generally satisfy. I'd love to suggest if they can add some condiments to go with nasi lemak like chicken etc as the nasi lemak is very2 basic. Other facilities I saw is the gym at 6th floor. The gym is clean, and all equipments are functional. In term of staffs whom i met at entrance, reception and diner: they all are very professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Truely the asset for Sani Hotel. Overall although this Sani Hotel looks old and dated, it does working very well and serve its purpose as a hotel to paying guest. I don't mind to stay here again. It was enjoyable stay.
