The hotel is unassuming from the outside, but the interior is beautiful and lovingly decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful without being intrusive 😊 We were able to check into our room (we were upgraded) around 9 am (at no extra charge) and loved it. Breakfast was small but delicious, and we were very well looked after. The location is near the train station (a few bridges and a few minutes away), away from the hustle and bustle, and beautifully authentic. You feel like you're right in the heart of Venice. The 25-minute walk through many interesting alleyways to St. Mark's Square was always a wonderful experience, both there and back. We would definitely stay here again – we had a lovely time at the hotel, in the neighborhood, and in Venice! 😊

Great hotel and service! The rooms were very nice, well-made and maintained, with great daily cleaning service. The breakfast was also very good and the bar served great drinks. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, central but in a quiet area of the city. All the staff was consistently very polite and helpful throughout our stay. I combined work and leisure and it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you!
