This hotel is simply wonderful, right on the beach. The infrastructure is excellent, with a gym, restaurants, rooms, pool, and direct beach access. Location-wise, it’s beachfront and conveniently close to the airport, which isn’t an issue since it’s a small one. The restaurants are great: the breakfast buffet is very varied, and the staff is attentive and warm. On weekends (if we remember correctly) there are Colombian fried specialties on the restaurant terrace. We also had the chance to enjoy a culinary experience organized by the hotel, a gastronomic tour of Colombia, that was simply unforgettable. We’re not sure if the hotel fully promotes this yet, but they definitely should if they haven’t. Customer experience is where this hotel truly shines. We had a few small issues at the start of our stay, which we raised with Tomas, Lilian, and their team. They responded in a genuinely professional, kind, and empathetic way, taking care of us throughout our stay like we hadn’t experienced at any other hotel of this caliber. We really can’t thank the entire team enough for their outstanding service and warmth at every moment. We can’t wait to come back.
