Catastrophic. A huge disappointment. This hotel, which looks amazing on paper and Instagram, has everything going for it, but don't be fooled by the photos. In reality, everything feels fake (just like the Las Catalinas village itself, which is basically an American Disneyland), and it doesn't live up to luxury standards. The walls are damaged, the rooms smell damp, and the breakfast is terrible. But the worst part is the complete lack of concierge service. Before my arrival, I tried contacting them several times without success. So I had to manage the excursions myself (thank goodness for ChatGPT). On New Year's Eve, we had to negotiate to get a table on the terrace even though I had booked by phone. I had to go to the village reception to book a taxi for our departure because there was zero response on WhatsApp and no one was at the hotel reception. After a long wait and wasting my time, they finally confirmed that the taxi was booked. But on the day, the taxi wasn't there, and we waited an hour (luckily, after some tense negotiations, they agreed to a lower price and finally apologized, which was the least they could do). In short, it's not a hotel; the services are lacking, and the staff is unqualified. The pool is very nice with a superb view, but a bit small considering the number of rooms…in short, go to Casa Chameleon if you really want a high-end experience, because you'll have to look elsewhere.

Hotel: Great—clean and very well maintained.|Food: Excellent quality, but the service was very slow. Ordering took forever.|Beach: Amazing, but there are no showers at all to rinse off before going back to your room.|Trash cans: Practically nonexistent. I really don’t understand this.
