I had the true pleasure of staying at Santiago de Alfama during Web Summit 2025, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. Working in the luxury travel sector with OHH! Italy, I am used to high standards, yet here I was welcomed with an exemplary level of care, warmth, and professionalism that truly stood out. From the very first moment, the entire staff made me feel at home, creating a beautiful, genuine, and refined atmosphere. I was kindly upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, a gesture that I deeply appreciated and that perfectly reflected the hotel’s attention to detail and generosity. Both on welcome and at check-out, I was also pleasantly surprised with thoughtful culinary treats, which added a personal and memorable touch to the entire stay. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, embodying what true hospitality should be. Many in our industry could learn and take inspiration from the way excellence and human connection are delivered here so naturally.
