Although the hotel has some positive aspects, my overall experience left something to be desired for the price charged per night. The location is very good, in a convenient and easily accessible spot, which is certainly one of the hotel's great attractions. The children's recreation area also deserves mention, with well-organized activities that really entertain the children. The restaurant is another positive point, with good quality dishes and satisfactory service. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating. I completed the entire procedure in advance through Fast Check-in, precisely to speed up my arrival. Even so, upon arriving at the hotel, my reservation was not correctly registered in the system, resulting in approximately a 1-hour wait to complete the check-in, something totally contrary to the service's purpose. Another negative point occurred on the day of check-out. The wristbands that open the room door stopped working at 11:15, even before the official departure time, which caused unnecessary embarrassment and a lack of practicality. The room itself is very good, spacious and comfortable. However, the quality of the bedding, towels, and toiletries does not match the high price of the room, falling below the expected standard for the hotel's category. In short, the hotel has potential and some services are very good, but operational flaws and some quality details end up compromising the experience, especially considering the price charged per room.
