We are a family who have been customers of this hotel for many years. We used to come to spend New Year's Eve here, and the hotel, the dinner on the 31st, the party, the breakfasts, the meals on the following days, as well as the organization and the staff's service, were all wonderful. Unfortunately, it has changed owners, and this will be our last year. An absolute disappointment: the food was of terrible quality, catered, and served cold. The organization was awful... to the point that when the clock struck midnight, the grapes hadn't even arrived at the table. That's just one example. Where there used to be musicians, now there was a DJ... etc. Breakfast was the same; they ran out of food and it took a long time to replenish it, including the cups. The quality was horrible. During dinner, we were not only hungry but also cold, and even in the rooms, despite having heating, the temperature couldn't be raised above 19.5 degrees Celsius. We aren't going to file a complaint; in fact, it was so surreal that we were laughing, but I'm leaving this review to warn future unsuspecting guests. Within this assessment, I mention Philip for trying to make things work despite everything.
