Right on the beach - you can watch the waves while lying in bed in the superior double sea view room, which is a surprisingly spacious room! Some amenities aren’t great quality, but overall it’s very comfortable. It’s a twenty minute seaside walk to the crab market, or a $1 tuk tuk, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. The hotel restaurant’s food is excellent and so is the service - and I didn’t realise breakfast was included! Monkeys came to visit a couple of times, and they enjoyed the balcony too. Their credit card machine didn’t work at check in, at the restaurant during my stay, or at check out, so I had to go to an ATM. Hopefully that gets fixed.
