I hardly give bad reviews because I believe in people improve, BUT this place is literally the definition of “Fleabag Motel” (check the meaning of that word). Believe me, I booked this place during November 2025 thanksgiving week. A one star rating is fair. My Experience: 1) Cash deposit: they don’t take card for deposit rather $50 CASH deposit (weird). But other payments are made with card. 2) Check-in: I checked in with a male receptionist, the first room I was assigned to was stinking like rotten rug, the air wasn’t breathable with cockroaches littering around. I asked for change of room and was reassigned another room. My new room still contained cockroaches. 3) Checkout and cash deposit retrieval trouble: I returned their key at checkout to a lady receptionist who received the key didn’t give my cash deposit, saying that it’s the duty of the male receptionist to give back deposit (something phishy is happening). Because I was traveling, I left and thought they might just send my deposit through Cashapp or Venmo or Zelle or Mail since they have my driver’s license, address and phone number in their system. But they didn’t send the cash deposit, I called the next day and asked for my deposit but the male receptionist started blaming me for not taking my deposit during checkout (remember the receptionist lady at checkout told me it’s the male receptionist’s duty to refund cash deposit). In conclusion they refused to refund the cash deposit, weeks later when I called again they dropped/blocked my call. Conclusion: my cash deposit was simply a MANDATORY tip for the receptionists. I’m writing this review to share my experience with others because I’ve been enlightened before by the review of other people.

The rooms are terrible, the bedding was not clean, there were cockroaches in my colleague's room, the bathroom is so terrible that I didn't want to go take a bath. The price is not bad, but everything is disappointing
