After a month-long tour sleeping in hotels all over Spain, I arrived here exhausted, hoping to rest… and found myself with an incredibly soft, old, and sagging spring bed. It's astonishing that a hotel advertising itself as four-star considers this acceptable. To top it all off, there's only one electrical outlet in the entire room, and it's a long way from the bedside table. Quite absurd in 2026, when everyone needs to charge multiple devices. The reception staff were very helpful and tried to move us to another room, but the problem is widespread: all the beds are equally bad. The staff was friendly, but when a hotel fails at the most basic thing, like getting a good night's sleep, little else matters. I won't be back.

If you're planning a trip to Tarragona, this 4-star hotel is an option you shouldn't miss, mainly because of its strategic location that allows you to explore the city with complete ease. What truly sets it apart are those small, complimentary touches that are becoming increasingly rare: you're greeted with two free bottles of water, pristine towels, and a handy welcome kit with pens and a small notebook. It's true that the television wasn't working perfectly and could be improved, but this minor technical issue doesn't detract from an overall high-quality experience. For its excellent service and unbeatable location, it's an accommodation I wholeheartedly recommend for a perfect stay.
