Last-minute booking. A credit card is required at check-in; debit cards are not accepted. The elevator can only be operated with the room key, which is generally fine, but doesn't always work. The room is very clean and modern. There's no wardrobe or anything similar. The bathroom has a nice design with additional heating. My room faced the Main River, and freight trains rattle by all night; the window had to be closed. In summary, there are a few minor drawbacks to the room, but they don't detract from the overall rating. Parking in the underground garage is overpriced at €30 and should be reconsidered. I'm deducting points for the restaurant because, during my stay, only the "burger, fries, beer" meal deal was available for almost €30. I complained that the meat was raw, which was acknowledged and removed. That's unacceptable.

We were very satisfied! A modern hotel, everything from the lobby to the elevator and the room was spotlessly clean. The room was beautifully furnished. The windows were well insulated, and the nearby train was barely audible. The location is fantastic, right on the Main River, and it's a lovely 20-minute walk along the river to the Römer. We will definitely come back!
