We stayed at Scandic Malmö from February 18th to 22nd. The only real positive point was the breakfast, which was decent with a reasonable selection. The reception staff were polite, but nothing particularly welcoming or memorable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall quality of the room were extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were clearly not up to par and absolutely not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel, not even a solid 3-star. The room felt poorly maintained, and the cleaning appeared superficial at best. To make matters worse, after returning home and visiting a doctor, two of us were diagnosed with scabies. Given the visible lack of hygiene in the room, this raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation standards. We are very disappointed with this experience and strongly hope the hotel takes immediate action to improve room hygiene to prevent other guests from going through the same situation
