From the outside looks good but the reception doesn’t know how to talk to guest correctly, we arrived at our room and the window wasn’t closing properly so we called and asked for a room change or to send someone up to fix it and the lady said that the hotel is full someone came to look at the window and he said there’s no maintenance available today. Anyway long story short we decide to leave but not without a refund we fought at reception and a lady by the name of Valerie eventually came to save the day she apologized for the inconvenience she helped us contact Agoda an get the refund so thank you for that Valerie all the best. Also it is a 3 star hotel so maybe I shouldn’t have had such expectations.
