A complete nightmare! The hotel is incredibly run-down. Upon check-in, the reception staff send you to their colleague, supposedly to provide information about the facilities. But when you arrive, they approach you offering timeshares under the guise of giving you gift tickets for the pirate ship attraction and two massages at the spa to celebrate the hotel's anniversary. The only condition is that you show your credit cards and sit for 90 minutes chatting with a salesperson. Exhausted, we decided to check in, rejecting the offer and preparing to take my son to the children's area (water slides). He injured himself there because the pool isn't even polished; it's full of uneven, porous cement, and he scraped his knees falling down the slide. And the restaurants? I won't even mention them… halfway through our trip, we had to go to the doctor because of food poisoning that left us with diarrhea and vomiting for days. In fact, my young son soiled the linens because he vomited in his sleep, and we received a notice from reception asking us to schedule an appointment as soon as possible because they wanted to charge us for cleaning the linens with a special disinfection treatment to remove the stain. I absolutely do not recommend them!!
