Some people were disappointed with the service at the information desk..ㅠ It's a 5-star hotel, but the service was disappointing. They didn't even give me welcome tea.. I knew they were busy because it was check-out time, but they frowned when I tried to ask. And the two people at check-in were talking to each other, but it didn't feel good to me... It didn't look good, and since no one spoke Korean, I definitely needed English and a translator. I felt that the cleaning staff, lifeguards, and pool bar staff were more friendly. Among them, there was someone who was fluent in Korean, but it would have been better if that person worked at the desk. In addition, I thought the seafood dinner was a waste of money and not tasty, but the atmosphere was good. The sauna was good and the room view was good. Breakfast was delicious, and I was grateful for the honeymoon event. The location was also good. It was a very happy trip.

It's not five stars, a solid 4*. The only advantage is its location—it's central. Traveling south and north takes the same amount of time and distance. The 2026 New Year's Eve gala dinner wasn't bad. The sound was disappointing; the organizers should spend more time on this aspect in the future.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property, especially considering the price. The hotel has around 250–300 rooms, but the beach area offers only about 20 sunbeds with no umbrellas at all. As a result, most guests had to lie directly on towels because all loungers were taken very early. The situation by the pool was not much better — there were around 20 sunbeds in total, about half of them without umbrellas, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel of this size. Service at the pool bar was slow due to a lack of staff. We often had to stop waiters several times before they took our order, and then wait a long time for drinks to arrive. Cleanliness was also disappointing. In our room, we found a shower sponge and a shower cap left behind by previous guests, which should never happen in a 5-star hotel. During the New Year period, room rates were around $450 per night, but the quality of service and facilities did not justify this price. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and does not correspond to the level it claims to offer.
