Overrated, unremarkable . Quite unremarkable 4-day stay , at times unpleasant experience. I had a glimpse of the management or ownership values and how they pass it to their staff expressed in the following incident: When I arrived at the hotel, the desk's concierge, a very fine young gentleman, gave me the room keys and 2 complimentary drink cards, to use at the bar as a welcome greeting. Suddenly The young blond long haired woman sitting at the desk jumped from her chair, agitated, comes to the front desk to remove from my hand one of the complimentary cards, saying, "no, there is only one person in he room so she only gets 1 drink" - She put down her colleague while showing off petty behavior and opoor hospitality skill. She also made statements clearly intending to discourage me and my colleagues from looking for restaurant options n the area, praising heavily the restaurant at the hotel instead, which by the way was serving highly salted dishes (I had to return one of them.) There is nothing remarkable about this hotel other than its location.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the lake. The ambiance is very inviting. The rooms are very clean, and everything is tastefully coordinated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is exceptionally good. The breakfast exceeded all expectations. We are thrilled and wholeheartedly recommend it. I was even able to do a photoshoot here for my online presence on social media. For us, it's a 10+ out of 10. The trip was a mix of business and pleasure. Thank you so much 😊 and we will definitely be back in the summer. V. Tochtenhagen
