Villa Verde in Monteverde was okay, but nothing special. One frustrating issue is that prices are listed online in U.S. dollars, but they only accept payment in colones and use their own exchange rate instead of the official one, which makes the final price higher than expected. This feels misleading and not very transparent. Other than that, the place is decent, but nothing particularly memorable.
