It's a shame I can't give it zero stars. The hotel couldn't have been dirtier. So disgusting that upon arrival we had to cancel our reservation without a refund, but there was no way we could sleep there. The sheets were covered in blood and pubic hair, all the furniture was dusty, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, there was a cat (yes, the animal) under the bed, and in general, all the facilities were very old and poorly maintained. They didn't offer us the option of having the room cleaned because the cleaning staff had already finished their shift (I doubt they even have cleaning staff). A terrible place.

The hotel was very good, and above all, Montserrat at reception provided excellent service, helping us with everything we asked for. If I return to San Miguel, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Conveniently located next to church . Their loft is well maintained, clean and spacious . Rooftop view is unbelievable! Staff are friendly and helpful . Comfy bed that helps you get a sound sleep after a long day of walking / hiking . Rooftop restaurant is a must try for their delicious food and amazing views ! If you have booked a courtyard facing loft , music goes on until midnight . Given it’s a hostel , we were aware of it and ok with this temporary discomfort
