Stayed here recently and really enjoyed the peaceful, private vibe. It’s a private villa with its own parking space, very quiet and surrounded by nature — perfect for couples or a small group of friends who just want to relax and switch off. Do note that there are quite a lot of stairs and walking, as the villa is on a hilltop, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests, wheelchair users, or baby strollers. There are also no nearby convenience stores or F&B outlets, so everything needs to be prepared or ordered through the villa in advance. Overall, a great place if you’re looking for privacy, calm surroundings, and a stay where you don’t mind slowing down and planning ahead.

The room and environment is great,a serene and peaceful escape from the city however prior to checking in, agoda had called me saying the hotel wanted to cancel my Christmas trip due to a water issue in the room, this was on Friday, my check in was the following Monday. The hotel had 2 days to fix the water heater issues but instead rather want to cancel, the other alternative given was that I had to pay an extra RM 600 on top of my fully paid booking for the room that was LOWER TIER than the room I booked.Then after that they claimed that the room was temporary closed, hotels always have a few rooms of the same type so they can just give me another room of the same type, also it doesn't take someone with 2 brain cells to figure out that on the last two weeks of 2025 a hotel would close their rooms knowing its the peak season of the year lol. Please find a better liar next time, your customer isnt stupid. I felt the hotel did not want to sell me the room because I got the room at a discounted price on Agoda, this is a dishonest practice and gave me the impression that the hotel management integrity. Only after dealing with Agoda back and forth regarding how wrong this is, they agreed to honor my booking.However there was no apology or any compensation from the management at all, just acted like nothing happened. I wanted to go to this place for a long time but this is a very disappointing experience. Eventhough I got the room on a discount, Im still a paying customer,if the hotel has any issues with discount please bring it up to Agoda or any third party booking instead of wanting to cancel your customer's trip. I stay in hotels like these pretty often,I can say this is the worst one.
