One star is still too generous. We had to change rooms twice, and cleanliness was nonexistent each time (it was filthy). We left the hotel in the middle of the evening and went to another one. The staff were dishonest and strung us along for several days, telling us that a refund wasn't possible at the moment. We had to call the police to assert our rights; it's shameful. To top it all off, the refund took over three weeks to arrive after countless follow-ups. Avoid this place if you value hygiene and safety.

The staffs, particularly the guys at the kitchen, are fantastic. The room feels oddly old though. My room wasn’t clean after 24 hours I had checked in, and the safe lock box didn’t working. But the environment is serene, and I love the community vibe of the area.
