We stayed at the hotel for one night, but unfortunately, our experience was quite bad. I had mistakenly booked a single room. Afterwards, we agreed to pay an extra fee when we arrived at the hotel, but upon arrival, they charged us a higher fee than what we had been told on the phone. The elevators are very small and don't feel safe. The room and bathroom cleanliness was also quite poor. There was a bar of soap that had been opened before in the bathroom, and the floors were dirty. The overall hygiene level was very low. Also, the sound insulation is almost nonexistent; every sound in the room can be heard from outside. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. Due to our negative impression of hygiene, we went back to our room without eating breakfast. We had forgotten to lock the door while we were sleeping; we noticed someone trying to enter the room with a key. It was probably cleaning staff, but this was also quite disturbing. It was a very bad experience from start to finish, and we will never consider choosing this hotel again. We chose it because we saw reviews saying "cleanliness is excellent," but our experience was the complete opposite. It definitely doesn't deserve the money we paid.
