The only downside for me was that I lived downstairs, but with access to a large terrace between the hotels. The service was wonderful, the lady who immediately announced upon arrival at 7:30 that breakfast was available from 9. The rooftop pool was also available. I could take a shower and use the toilet in the hotel. The hotel location was perfect because it was right in the center but off the main road, close to everywhere, shops, restaurants, food both in the hotel and in the city. WONDERFUL!!! What's for lunch and dinner for a week? Various dishes, whatever you want, both cold and warm, so don't talk nonsense. The lady was very helpful, and I send you my best regards. ❤️🇬🇷 She explained everything. If you ask, you can take a meal for your partner to your room and bring the plates back later, but everyone is an adult, so there's no need to explain it. Overall, the hotel/room/location/service are 9/10, they could have been better because there's always room for improvement. Warm regards from a cold POLAND 🇵🇱🇵🇱🥶 Mr. Footballer 😅🏃

We stayed at this hotel in September. Our stay here was very pleasant, we got a good room as we opted for the executive suite. This hotel is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel as they present themselves. As for the food we only booked the breakfast and it was almost the same everyday but it was decently good food so no complaints about that.☺️ The people working there are extremely nice and definitely deserve 10/10. The bathroom was very small and outdated and the shower had no curtains so water got everywhere, from this point of view the bathroom deserves a 3/5 but we barely stayed in the room so it wasn’t a problem for us. The hotel is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, greek tavernas and fancy restaurants as well as beach clubs. The best beach called Sarantaris beach is like a 20 min walk but definitely worth it so check it out if you stay here. We had a great time in crete🥰
