Everything was great, this was our third visit, but I have a few criticisms. I'm saying this because we love this place; otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it at all. Anyway, the welcome at the entrance was almost nonexistent. I didn't see any of the bellboys, whom I know, either at the entrance or exit. There was no guidance or help, unfortunately. When we arrived at the reception, the young lady's first question was "check-in, check-out," no welcome, no hello, but she seemed inexperienced. She asked if we had been here before, and I told her it was our third time, so she brushed us off a bit quickly. As a shortcoming, you should check your returning guests in the system and make small gestures, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The other gentleman at the desk seemed more professional to me; he seemed to have more eye contact and checked his surroundings. He tried to arrange a nice room for us, and we thank him for that. The food was good, the drinks were good, the rooms were clean, but I have a few criticisms. The tea in the morning was 80 degrees; one wants a hot cup of tea. The staff there could monitor this; I myself had to set the thermometer to 100 degrees and wait for it to boil. Anyway, also, to the waiters... I have a small complaint, and the hotel managers will probably get angry at me, but when managers come for breakfast or lunch, the waiters immediately come and ask what they want to drink, take their orders, and bring them to them. But I'm sitting at the next table, and no one asked me, and it was constantly repeated. Of course, they deserve attention, but guests deserve the same service, let's not forget that. The internet kept dropping; it worked in the room, but when I went down to the lobby, it asked for the password again, it was a bit problematic. Also, I needed a dental kit. They usually don't put them in the rooms at hotels, but if someone wants one, they can provide one. The CRM answered the phone, I explained my request, and they said it wasn't part of the concept. As the saying goes, a friend tells the bitter truth. This is a hotel I love and will continue to come to. See you again.

We went for a 3-day holiday and the hotel was amazing in every way. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. They treated us in the best possible way. Many thanks to the bar manager, bar staff Ahmet, Neşet and Mehmet, and the animation manager Cana. They were all very friendly, respectful, and helpful. They all did their jobs perfectly. This will be the only hotel I will go to in Antalya from now on...
