An excellent choice for families, thanks to its central location with easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, and train stations. The staff are very attentive and welcoming, with special thanks to Özkan, Gürkan, Mustafa, Hussein, and the housekeeping ladies for their outstanding service. The apartments are spacious and very well equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, separate washer and dryer, and a wide living area, making the stay extremely comfortable and convenient. Being located in the lively Taksim district, some background music from nearby bars can be heard into the early morning. However, the windows do a good job of reducing the noise to a comfortable level. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

We would not recommend at all! Me and my siblings stayed here for our 4 day trip in Istanbul. We have come to Turkey many times before, this was our third time visiting this year, we never had any issue with any other hotel. However, staying in this hotel was very difficult as there wasn’t clean water for 4 days. Water is a basic necessity and required for everyday use. From the moment we entered our two apartment rooms there was a strong stench in one of the rooms. We then noticed that the water from the bathroom sink,shower and kitchen tap was yellow/brown🤢 we was told that there was an issue with the pipes so it was replaced just before we came hence why it’s yellow but if we run the taps for about 30 minutes it would become clear. We did as we were told and ran the water taps for over 4 hours but the waters for both rooms were still not clear. It was very difficult to stay in this hotel for 4 days. After a long time of arguing with the receptionist we was given a 20 litre drum of water to use between the 4 of us for 4 days. We had to buy water bottles from the local shop throughout the 4 days. We struggled to have a shower (had to use bottled water that we bought from the shops). We spoke to the manager and was offered to move to a different room on the floor below, however when we went to see the room to see if it’s suitable we noticed the water in the room was the same - yellow/brown. We continued to stay in the same rooms we had originally paid for since the whole building had dirty water. The team at sentire hotel did apologise for the inconvenience however they were unable to provide a adequate solution and denied our request to give extra water despite knowing that we only had one 20 litre drum to use to have a shower, drink water, make food, use the toilet and brush our teeth’s for 4 of us, which did not suffice at all. We paid £800 for 4 days and didn’t even have the basic necessity of clean water. The least you expect for a 5 star hotel is clean water and a non smelling room.

What an amazing stay! I stayed here for 5 days and it was super great. Hussain and Gūrkan are very supportive and respectful. I truly recommend staying in this hotel.
