Update review: PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! We stayed during family weekend at Colorado School of Mines to visit our oldest. The place was beautiful and centrally located. Ample amenities.....but then things unraveled on our last day. BED BUGS - I never thought I would have to even write something like this. Actually the night before we left, I wrote a great review of this place. But about 2 days after leaving my youngest and my oldest child both broke out in an itchy rash that correlated with bed bugs. They were the only two to sleep in the room and that was the only time they were together and then parted as my youngest went back home and my oldest back to school. The biggest problem is really not in the bed bugs. I know that seems strange, but things happen and we could have gotten through that and still had an overall mostly positive experience. It was how it was handled and why I am urging anyone to beware of staying here for long term or short term... THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called immediately and was told a manager would call me back. I heard nothing. In the meantime as I have heard nothing back, we are deep cleaning two locations - my home from my youngest - all the laundry, bed sheets, luggage... and my oldest back at her dorm is now frantically washing everything. I call back 1 week later as I had received no follow up and again the front desk says, they will let a manager know and they will make sure they get back to me. Nothing. I wait about 4 days and call back and insist to speak to someone. I speak with a manager (Traci) and she is less than sympathetic or concerned with my concern for having bed bugs. She says simply they have never had bed bugs and then goes on to tell me, as though she just graduated from medical school, how bed bugs present (all which was wrong - I mean so wrong even a simple search on Web MD would have provided her more clear information than she was stating). Anyway, she asks me to send her images and that they will investigate the room and get back to me. I send the images that day and then after not hearing back again after 4 days, I call and email. She simply says sorry, it slipped her mind, but that she was sorry and that was it. Nothing! I cannot believe the absolute poor customer service. I don't trust that they don't have bed bugs, but even worse, I don't think anyone in that facility would care about any wrong doing or mishap that would happen there. This is dangerous and scary. I considered emailing a higher up and that is when I stumbled upon the BBB rating of F and all of the complaints. They simply don't care. To respond to more of their comments here: To be clear - you all responded 1.5 weeks after I had initially called in and on my 3rd attempt. That is not immediate. That is poor service. That is 1.5 weeks later and after I had to call 3 times. That is not how you handle a situation that is of this nature. And to clarify, you did not email me back after I sent the images. I had to call again 4 days later. I am happy to upload the times of the emails and phone logs if it would help your company to understand how to treat their customers better. And to further clarify the BBB of F can be found by anyone. I have nothing further to say to this company. Why would I call to receive the same lack of care that you have shown over the past 2 weeks.

This place is amazing! So clean and so spacious. Your money goes a lot further here compared to most downtown hotels. And the location is prime. I will be back!

Sentral provided us with an incredible experience. Friendly and kind staff, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service. The ease of being in a place where you feel at home and feel like you're at a spa at the same time is indescribable. Because it's so well located, you can choose to enjoy the indoor areas or go for a walk that gives you access to everything you need in comfort. Without a doubt one of the best experiences I've ever had.
