The hotel needs renovation because it's very old. The staff are friendly, but not very professional. Furthermore, their billing system is, I would venture to say, illegal, as they don't provide receipts for the overnight stay even after requesting them several times through different channels. The breakfast is a buffet, but of very poor quality, although the hotel does have a pool, which is a plus. Be very careful with tall vehicles because they won't fit in the hotel's garage; it's lower than it should be, and certain vehicles can't fit through the door.

The hotel is very old. The staff is very unfriendly. They can't even say good morning; I understand they're tired, but it's a matter of courtesy. You arrive at reception, say good evening, and they don't even respond.
