Great family run hotel where things just work. Comfortable rooms, good location for town but a free hotel shuttle to the chairlift is required but its 5 min and equally quick to pick you up although you could walk to the lower chair lifts at the village base (and back) if you so choose to.

We stayed in a junior suite for our ski vacation. The hotel is outside ZTL and parking was on the opposite side of the road. There was two single beds and a sofa bed for my kid. The little balcony had a view of Matterhorn. The hot shower was not stable all the time so you might need a little time to adjust the water temperature. You can book your ski pass and rental in the hotel and they had free shuttle to take you to the cable car station. For return trip, you needed to phone them for pickup (no WhatsApp). The ski rental might be a little higher than shops nearby but the gears were well-maintained and my ski boots were brand new. I regretted not to have book packages including dinner. The restaurant changed its menu daily so you don't need to worry looking at the same menu everyday. The beef cheek with mashed potato was really delicious. Breakfast had a good variety and quality was good. After ski, we enjoyed the free spa area with jacuzzi, herbal sauna, etc. It's good to relax and have a chat with others. Lastly, I would like to thank Karla at the reception, and Daniel at the restaurant (couldn't recall others' names) for their great service. Karla helped us figure out how to use the ski pass to reach the glacier paradise. Daniel served us at the restaurant throughout our stay. His Americano gave me strength in the morning! Thank you and hope to visit another time in future.
