I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with our stay through this email. Unfortunately, the accommodation absolutely fell short of our expectations in several areas. First of all, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful, which made our stay very unpleasant. Furthermore, there were several problems with the room itself. The doors didn't close properly, there was noticeable moisture in the bathroom and shower, and several faucets were broken. This gave the room an unkempt and poorly maintained impression. The room service was also subpar. We didn't receive daily towel changes, and the room wasn't cleaned unless we paid extra. Furthermore, there was no bathrobe in the room, which would normally be expected at this type of accommodation. Regarding hygiene, there were also serious shortcomings. The toilets at the bottom of the pool were filled with an unbearable urine odor. It was truly unpleasant to enter, and we seriously doubted whether these areas were even cleaned regularly. Breakfast is reasonable, but dinner is particularly disappointing. The prices are very high, yet the quality is very low. The food is often dried out, and the selection is very limited. Given all these shortcomings, we feel this accommodation is absolutely inadequate for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!
