Seven Colors Ishigakijima

Rather than going to Ishigaki expecting fancy restaurants or tourist attractions, Ishigaki is a great island if you want to accept nature as it is. There are no fancy attractions, but the warm smiles and generous hospitality of the people, and the sea and scenery that seem to have stopped time will wash your heart. The awamori I drank with sweet pineapple and tropical fruits blended with the air here and was truly special. I was half-hearted about making a reservation at Seven Colors Hotel, but in the end, this choice was truly excellent. The rooms were comfortable, the bedding was warm, and the air conditioning worked powerfully, so I could rest comfortably and coolly even on hot summer nights. A private beach spreads out right in front of the hotel, and if you follow the short jungle trail, you can encounter various birds, the sounds of insects, and if you're lucky, even coconut crabs. Among them, I definitely recommend the second beach. It's full of natural tranquility and beauty, as if untouched by human hands. Dinner is not as fancy as in Osaka or Tokyo, but it was a meal that warmed both body and soul, prepared with seasonal ingredients and fresh ingredients airlifted from the local area. The sunset seen from the rooftop was breathtakingly beautiful, and the stars in the night sky were much clearer than in the Korean countryside, even though the night I stayed was almost a full moon. Breakfast is also provided simply and without burden, and what impressed me the most was the warm kindness of the staff. Their smiles and delicate consideration made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, and the way they greeted me and sent me off one by one when I checked out still remains in my mind. 58,000% willing to visit again. Next time, I would like to stay quietly again in the fall or early winter, when the stars are more visible.

Anyway, it was a wonderful stay. I would have liked to have stayed longer if possible. It was a memorable trip for the couple.

I wanted to relax while looking at the beautiful sea, so I stayed at this inn. With the spectacular scenery, delicious food, and attentive staff, it was the perfect environment to just relax. I was slowly healed. thank you very much.
