The only positive aspects of this establishment are the relatively spacious room and the pleasant view from the 6th-floor balcony. Otherwise, the experience was largely disappointing. The hotel is far from everything. When booking, it was listed as being in the center, information that was later corrected. In reality, the hotel is about 8 km from the center of Alanya, which is inconvenient without a car. Regarding the bedding, there was no proper duvet, but a simple beach towel used as a sleeping bag, insufficient even for one person (photos available). When we asked for a duvet, we were advised to turn on the air conditioning in heating mode. It works, but emits a persistent smell of stale cooking and fried food, making it very unpleasant to use. The breakfast appears varied, but the products are clearly not fresh: day-old bread, cold prepared dishes, giving the impression of leftovers from the previous buffet. A microwave is provided, which is surprising for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. The hotel parking lot is constantly full. Street parking is available, which might be acceptable in the off-season (December), but raises serious concerns for the peak season. The staff seems to lack hotel experience, both at reception and in other departments. They aren't unpleasant, but their professionalism is clearly not up to standard. Cleanliness is definitely lacking. Upon arrival, dark hairs were visible on the shelf under the television, which immediately created a bad impression. During our 3-night/4-day stay, the room was never cleaned. In addition, the shower pressure was practically nonexistent, and there were no toiletries (soap, shower gel, etc.), which is unacceptable for a 4-star establishment. The safe is not free, which further adds to the disappointment. The all-inclusive package, which we didn't try, seems very limited judging by the lunch menu (hamburgers or basic dishes), suggesting a low-quality experience. Finally, given the overall condition of the hotel, I didn't dare use either the spa or the indoor pool, due to concerns about hygiene. In conclusion: I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The level of service falls far short of what one would expect from a 4-star establishment, in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.

It was nice to be there one week the staf are very freindly specialy husein hassan en the other 2 guys working with him specialy the one work with night shift he is very fantastic over all they was nice people only the broblem.was the season that i was holiday a d i hope to sèe you again
