I've stayed here once before but this is the first time I've been able to use all the facilities (before it was just me and my son but my wife is along for the ride this time so we each have a bit of time to enjoy the place). It's incredible for the money we've paid. The service is impeccable, especially the activities for families! Really excellent attention to detail in almost every regard!

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel on this business trip. The environment was excellent, and the room attendant, Guo Yingan, was very warm and hospitable and attentive to guests. The room was also well-equipped. I was very satisfied with my stay.
