Great service and yummy breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and view from the room was great. Staffs from doorman, reception, concierge, Bfast restaurant, Horizon Club team and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Shangri-La in Kuala Lumpur and really loved it. The rooms are generously sized, the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, and the breakfast is outstanding. We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view. The staff were incredibly warm and polite throughout our stay. Best of all, the hotel is very centrally located, making it super convenient.
