Has been one of the worst services we have received from this level of hotel. They lost one of our luggage that was in storage, and said they had given the luggage to another guest - we never saw our luggage back. Additionally they got us the wrong rooms from what we booked, family of 5 had to stay in 2 separate rooms in separate floors as they said hotel was booked out. They tried to fixed it the next day moving us to other rooms, but the process was so frustrating as nobody knew what was going on and we had to explain our situation several times to several different people. Management here is certainly ill prepared, and hotel is nowhere near worth what they charge.

We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is fantastic, and the breakfast is amazing, especially if you're not into traditional European fare. The selection of international dishes was huge and delicious. The hotel grounds are also great. It's geared more towards families, but even without children, you can find a lovely spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was so inviting. You can take a nice walk along the beach and enjoy the surroundings.
