This place is a complete mistake and a disaster. From the very first day, we felt like we'd landed in some god-forsaken nightmare. Bugs and ants were literally everywhere – in the room and the bathroom. Disgusting is an understatement. The food? A complete disaster. Most of the food stank and looked like it had been sitting there for a week. It was the same every day: some pseudo-pizza with a meager amount of cheese and spaghetti without meat, tasteless. The desserts were tasteless, and after half an hour, there were no cups or mugs left. The result was food poisoning, from which we returned home and took over two months to recover, despite probiotics and "protective measures." The rooms were another nightmare: dark, stuffy, and neglected. Only after a row at the front desk did they graciously upgrade us to a "better" room – which turned out to be a sad joke. The only thing that actually worked was the air conditioning. Towels? Forget it. They were replaced twice during our entire week-long stay, and we literally had to beg for toilet paper like a charity. The pools are relatively clean, but in high season, after 10:00, there's absolutely no chance of getting a sunbed. The beach is small, dirty, and completely unpleasant. Furthermore, there are shops on the hotel grounds, and their salespeople persistently follow guests around, harassing them, and not giving them a moment's peace. The only small positive is the entertainment and some of the staff who tried to salvage the situation, but that's a drop in the ocean of this disaster. I returned home with a huge sense of relief that this nightmare called "vacation" was finally over. I wholeheartedly recommend it – it's a waste of your health, your nerves, and your money. Never again.

Hello, this hotel is poorly maintained. There are many problems, particularly with the indoor pool where tiles are missing, and a critical lack of hygiene in the kitchen. Despite our complaints, nothing has changed. The management is acting in bad faith. Only the rooms are acceptable.
