Had the best experience at the hotel . We stayed for two nights and the staff is friendly and super helpful - from the reception , to the staff who helps with luggage. They were friendly and served with a smile. The facilities are superb with a heated pool. The gym is one of the best I have seen ever at a 5 star hotel across Asia and Europe. It’s huge with top class equipment and natural sunlight coming in. Breakfast was a good spread but limited for vegan / vegetarian if you don’t eat egg.
