The price for a premium room stay on 12/01/2026 was 11,200... The rooms are generally nice, the hotel has a unique ambiance due to its location and architecture, but of course, it's Ankara after all. What can you expect from a view in Ankara? (In this sense, we can definitively say that the prices are exaggerated; there are hotels in Ankara with much nicer rooms)... The products used in the rooms (except for the pillows, those pillows will give you a neck hernia), breakfast, etc., are generally good... Except for security, the staff is generally good (I don't like people who don't know how to speak, those we call clumsy people)... The cleanliness is not bad, but there are many shortcomings in the details; in the room I stayed in, there was an open toothpick under the nightstand, and everything was dusty. Of course, dust is normal, but the dust I saw was definitely not from a single day; they could be more careful... What I found most absurd were the exorbitant prices for room service and the minibar... water in the minibar was 140 TL, the french fries I ordered in the room (not toast or anything, just fries) were 455 TL, and rice pudding was 500 TL... I've stayed in many hotels that could be considered upscale, but this one has gone too far. I usually stay at a different hotel, and this time I wanted to try this one, but it fell short of my expectations because these aren't just high prices, they're practically ripping people off. It's unbecoming of such an establishment... (You'll say, "Did you go without knowing these prices?" Of course I knew, but if the prices are like this, the service should be better, for example, I shouldn't have to call room service from my cell phone because the phone in the room wasn't working.)
